BLINTZES БЛИНЧИКИ

In a large bowl combine flour and milk, adding milk gradually to flour.  Add eggs, mix well; add salt and sugar.
Heat the frying pan well, grease it and pour dough in thin layer with a ladle or big spoon.  When golden at the bottom, turn the blintz.
Make any filling – meat, potatoes, cheese etc. and fill the blintzes.  Fry slightly on both sides and – enjoy!
